Asbestos and interior renovation of the administrative and warehouse offices, labs, and training area. Project included removal and disposal of:
- 17,000 square feet of floor tile and mastic
- 5,100 square feet of sheetrock demo
- 12,000 square feet of acoustical ceiling spray
- Removal of transite panels from windows, wall panels, fire doors, lab tops, and cabinets
The interior renovation included installation of new carpet, floor tile, doors, lab tops and cabinets, new office partition walls, steam cleaning of HVAC system, and painting of walls and doors.
