Mold remediation and partial asbestos abatement. Project included the removal and disposal of 4,000 square feet of ceiling demo/plaster, 6,023 square feet of
wall demo, 6,100 square feet of floor tile and mastic, 4,000 square feet of ceiling tile, and 19,000 square feet of floor demo. Areas above ceilings and wall
cavities were cleaned of bat feces and all openings between attic and ceiling were sealed with fire resistant foam insulation. Cellulose insulation materials
were removed from the attic, all surfaces in the attic were treated with biocide after HEPA vacuuming. Walls, ceilings, and structures throughout each containment
area were HEPA vacuumed and wet wiped with mold and mildew remover disinfectant/cleaner. A Desiccant Dehumidification Unit was provided for drying the building
structure to stabilize the indoor environment and to curb and ultimately halt mold and microbial growth.
