Project Experience
Asbestos Abatement
Environmental Protection Associates performed its first remediation project in 1981. This project was the first “state of the art” asbestos abatement project to occur in Arkansas. Since 1981 EPA has completed thousands of asbestos abatement projects which have included Educational Facilities, Financial Institutions, Governmental Facilities, Healthcare Facilities, Industrial/Commercial Facilities, Religious Facilities, and Transportation Facilities. Each step of every abatement project is documented in a project manual and presented to the owner upon job completion. From initial sampling to final clearance, the services provided by Environmental Protection Associates are documented, complete, professional, and reliable.
Lead Abatement
Environmental Protection Associates has the knowledge and experience to complete any lead paint abatement project from commercial to industrial to residential. EPA is a certified lead abatement contractor licensed by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, Regulation 25. EPA is committed to take protective measures to ensure the safety of the building occupants and EPA employees.
Mold Remediation
Environmental Protection Associates provides professional remediation services to manage mold contaminated buildings. EPA service technicians provide full enclosure which seals off the contaminated area. Other steps in our remediation process include, HEPA vacuuming, disinfecting and sealing. In many instances, EPA is required to remove and dispose of carpeting, walls, flooring, and other contaminated materials.
Interior Demolition
Environmental Protection Associates is an experienced interior demolition contractor. Since much of our work is performed in a controlled or contained environment, many clients will look to us for not only for their hazardous material abatement but also for their general interior demolition. Our experienced and trained personnel have the ability to identify and properly handle any hazardous materials that may unexpectedly be discovered in a general demolition project. EPA personnel have the experience in working in occupied or semi-occupied areas to minimize any disruption to the clients operations.
